Completely incompetent company, and thieves to boot. They managed my property for 2 years, and never managed to send out money or statements on time. They did not monitor the state of my property at all, when I got a new management company they were horrified at the neglect.
They owed me over $5000 in money, which took nearly a year of fighting to get back - and even then I didn't get all of it. They broke off communication and claimed to have thrown my house keys away.
Acey Stinson (the owner), is a disgusting human being. Jail would be too good for him. DOn't allow them to manage your property, don't rent off them.
