Pam was a delight to work with. She completed our refinance in a month. She was upfront about the entire process every step of the way. All we actually ended up paying for out of pocket was around $650, but since we did a cash out and got way more than that back, it was worth it. She answered our questions day and night. She was only a text or email away. We could have called her if we wanted to but we didn't want to because texting and email are just as good. Guaranteed Rate was also a good company to work with. Everything was digital. Uploads and e-signatures. Their website was easy to navigate and upload things to. If there comes a time in the future when refinancing is an option again, I'll definitely seek out Pam. On a personal note - she's amazing with children. My three children didn't bother her at all, she took everything in stride and kept on going. Thank you, Pam! It was a pleasure working with you.
