        Owner is hostile and belligerent. Refuses or delays needed repairs even when posing a safety hazard (carbon monoxide poisoning). Uses subpar repairmen who I found smoking drugs in my home and left roofing nails all over the yard, ruining two pairs of shoes and a lawn mower tire. Repaired fence and left a five foot section unfenced, posts loose in ground w/ fence largely unattached.
