        HORRIBLE!!! They do not complete things that are promised in the beginning and be prepared for them to send a lease renewal up to five months prior to the end of lease. Be aware!!! This is not an intent to renew... It is an actual 1 year lease! Not one item that was reported as a problem was fixed. They are all rude and unprofessional... almost acted as if I was a nuisance for reporting the problems.

        I did not have a real business with them. I live close to "1422 Charlotte St" and it is couple of days that they have a fire alarm running and they did not fix it. So I guess they are not good at their business.

        I spoke to Patrick Darden directly, he was very dismissive and unwilling to accommodate a customers busy work schedule. We will be going with a company that’s more professional. Avoid Darden at all cost!

        "Hmmm. Just run. Never rent from Patrick Darden. His staff is great but the policies and fines are absurd. They do not care about you or your home, they care about $" EXACTLY ..... My room had a flood halfway through the semester. The carpet got ruined and moldy. They had to make a huge whole in my room to solve the plumbing which they never fixed. My room looks and smells destroyed and Patrick Darden LEFT THE COMPANY. NO ONE FROM DARDEN CAN HELP ME. I cannot comfortably live in the room I pay for for an entire half of the semester. thanks Darden!
