I've had the same tech come out for multiple (different) issues at my house and every time he fixes the problem very quickly. He's extremely nice and explains what went wrong and what he's replacing/fixing.

This was by far the worst customer service and unprofessional company I have ever enouuntered and I will NEVER!!! recommend him to anyone ever in life

Absolutely the worst service. They failed to show up for two service windows in a row and did not even contact me to tell me there was a problem, I had to call them to find out. When they messed up a service window they put me on hold and hung up the line then failed to answer as I called back 6 times over the next 3 hours. I have given them three chances and they failed miserably every single time. I will do everything I can do avoid them.

This plumbing service was contacted by my home warranty company to repair a leak in my master bath faucet. They arrived on 2/22 removed the faucet then stated that the valve needed replacing & that they had to break into the outer wall to be able to replace it. I also had a leaky kitchen faucet he wouldn't attend to since it wasn't on the work order. He advised me he would have to return and would inform the warranty co of his findings. I received an email from my warranty co that day approving the return of the plumber to complete the job. To this day I have never received a call from this plumbing co. After waiting a couple of weeks I placed calls leaving messages to see when they were going to schedule a return appointment. Many calls made getting voicemail or telling me mailbox was full. After 3 to 4 weeks of waiting the warranty co contacts them & stated they were waiting on the valve they ordered which was coming in the next day & then they would call me to schedule. No one was aware of them having to order a part & I still never received a call at all. After repeated contacts with my warranty company calling the plumber or emailing them, although they have the valve, they have never contacted me to schedule the work. After heated discussions with the warranty co & talking to two different supervisors I told them to seek another plumber I refuse to have them do any kind of work in my home. This company came collected their $65 service fee and have never returned. I would not do business with such an unprofessional unreliable and disreputable company. I would not trust them in repairing anything. At present after almost two months I am waiting for the warranty Co to assign my claim to another plumber. Oh I had to call another plumber myself to come and replace the kitchen faucet that was leaking since water was spilling under the the cabinet & on top.
