        When I ask for a copy job and cut 35 minutes before closing, which should only take 20 (I've gotten it done before) and no one else is waiting. I get told they can't do it because they have to close down the area. That is just being plain sorry in my book. I need something done. You're still open and you're sorry employee can't get a job done that takes 20 minutes. There's absolutely no excuse. Oh, did I mention as I walked in some kids ran out and stole a lap top which I helped look for in your parking lot, in the rain. But that's ok,because I wasn't important enough as a customer to maybe stay a few minutes late. So your rating would be a zero if I had that as a choice.
