Mattress One

We went to look at mattresses today. The store smelled terrible, like feet. We walked around for a couple minutes but nobody helped us. Then we saw a guy sleeping on one of the mattresses. We left after that.

While the manager was helpful here, the corporate experience was terrible. Issues abounded, no calls back, rude customer service...needless to say, I will never shop at Mattress One again.

Purchased a tempur-pedic back in March and we were supposed to gel pillows with it, middle of May we still haven't heard from them.... instead we keep calling and get told a different story each time. Will do anything to get you to purchase but once you do, forget about the delivery and following up. Mattress delivery was delayed and never heard from them on it, they were supposed to call an hour in advance before showing up, called 25 minutes before hand and told me if I wasn't there by then that they wouldn't wait.....go somewhere else. *update: 6 months later still no word or contact from them. Trash way to do business. Go next door to mattress firm.

Let's see - my purchase included some "freebies" which have been on back order for 5+ months and the local store says I probably won't ever get. The sales rep messed up the sales tax, meaning I had to pay it to DOR separately. And the delivery crew (up from Orlando) was so rushed they scratched up my walls and floors. Go somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars instead of 1, I would.
