Alan was fantastic! We had a minor issue with some backyard irrigation, so I found his number online and called him. He was extremely professional and polite, fixed the problem immediately, and did a great job. We will use him again and will recommend him to everyone we know!

Alan came to repair the shoddy work done by a different irrigation company. He repaired the system correctly. Alan is knowledgeable about explains what he is doing and why. It really matters who you use. Wish I had used Allen at the beginning. Would have saved time, money and aggravation. I recommend him wholeheartedly. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I'm very grateful for Alan, his knowledge and expertise, and his willingness to help. My three day weekend kicked off with my neighbor calling and advising of me that I had a serious irrigation pipe leak which was causing water to pool in her backyard. She had called a plumber thinking her home had the issue, however, that plumber traced the issue to my sprinkler system. My water meter was spinning off the charts! After being quoted half a year's salary by another company to come out (weekend rates are no joke), I was informed I should call an irrigation company. Exterior Design & Lawn Service was first on the list Google returned. I dialed them up but initially I was unable to make contact. Surprisingly, I got a return call a minute later from Alan who explained that he wasn't available today. He could have dismissed me or referred me elsewhere, but even with him being out today, he took the time to hear my issue out, provide a practical DIY solution, AND he stayed on the line to guide me through it with no visuals.
