First of all, Mike and his crew do outstanding work...cutting the grass, trimming, and whatever else is required. But just as important, Mike is always willing and available to communicate with the customer, whether it's about his schedule or to make sure that he is meeting the customer's needs. Mike will also make suggestions about landscaping and other related issues. It's really nice to feel like your lawn service contractor views you as an actual customer rather than just another lawn that needs to be checked off for the month. If you have ever used a lawn service before, you will surely understand why that is important. Highly recommended!
