        Giving this agency our business was a big mistake. They got names wrong, lien holder names wrong, coverage wrong and to make the mess perfect. After cancelling all but one policy with them, they sent a cancellation to the insurance company requesting the refund go to me at some unknown place. We are right where we have been. It was mailed April 7th and it is now the end of May. At least they did not try and cash it so insurance co has reissued to me. You have choice on this last one, mean?revenge?incompetent? Surely not intentional?
