Bad service. Went through the drive through. Wasn't busy at all .Gave my order the speaker was so loud it was hard to hear him. So when I went up to the window to make sure he had my order right. Repeated the order I got my order and pulled forward to check it. Still was wrong. Got back in line behind two cars When I got to the window I told him it was still wrong. He fixed it then. By the time I got home food was cold. We have gone to the Sonic before and the order was wrong. Disappointing when you get home and wrong order. Glad I checked this time. Guess Hardee's will be our next stop

I order food two different time and they didnt withdraw money until 3 weeks later. Sound like someone trying to steal money.

The service was great now since they have close I live in Havana and I hate driving in town. Aubrey was very helpful I will miss him.

The food is standard Sonic fair but lately the service is atrocious. I just sat in the drivethru line for almost half an hour an ended up leaving before I even placed my order, drove to the store five miles away and got back in far less time. Seems like 90% of the time the drivethru wait is over 15 minutes. Other area stores are much faster.
