I had an appointment set with these people through third party and they called me the day before to remind me what time and they even saw me a little earlier than expected and the nurse did a good job getting my blood drawn bc people usually can’t find a vein it was quick and easy

I absolutely love Dr. Gibson!! I’ve been going to her over 10 years an I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else for my health care needs!! She let’s you know what you’re doing wrong health wise, what you need to do to get on track and what will happen if you don’t.. Her staff is nice and you can always count on Sam to get your prescriptions and whatever else you need in a timely manner!! I love Eastwood Medical Center

My experience with this Doctor has not been good at all! The front desk staff and Sam is awesome but Dr Gibson is NOT FOR ME! Seems like she is never there and her communication and concern is off! The main issue I had was her not signing my papers for my disability decal and I am on disability for Lupus and other medial issues. She never called me back to explain why she would not sign them and left it at that. I waited two months and now its three and still no return phone call so I am switching to a new doctor. Because of her I have had two bad Lupus flair ups from having to walk far and be in the sun which Lupus patients should not do! I find her to be rude, inconsiderate and non caring!
