DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!! I went to open a CD account with my 73 year old father and had a absolutely terrible experience. He has been a member of gulf winds since they bought this location from the previous credit union 5 years ago. He was a member of that bank for over two decades. The manger mislead us regarding company policies and was quite rude to my elderly father. At one point I also had to politely ask the manger to stop interrupting me when I spoke since he would repeatedly speak over me when I was trying to ask a question. I will not be returning to this bank and my father plans on closing his personal accounts with this credit union.

While it's easy for banks to tout great rates or service, this institution manages to deliver on both fronts impressively. And unlike some places that lure you in only to provide lackluster support, the advisors here take the time to explain options tailored specifically to what I'm looking to achieve. For these reasons, this is the most satisfying banking relationship I've established.
