This place should never be counted on at all!!!! I applied for help with my light bills it was a double bill and was due to be shut off on Oct 5 th I applied for help and supplied copies if cut off notice and never was contacted by anyone called 3 days after my lights where suppose to get shut of luckly I was able to get extention till the 15 th and called the number and requested a call abs the called back and the man on the line said he was gonna send it to expedited case to supervisor it is now the 30th and u have requested call back for 4 days now abs still nothing was forced by jea to switched from monthly to pay as you go or lights will be off was told by jea to tell the place that I asked for help that my depos paid off old bill and had to go on pat as you go plan and u wanted to go back to montly and should help with putting up with deposit.. I am disabled avs would been in the dark for for weeks and still have not heard from them and 'I have called all week everyday requested call back and no one has called me back.. I have never applied for help and when u did u got.nothig no callback poor service

Google business category is WRONG!!! The business category is NOT Court Reporting!!!! The business is "budget information gathering and analysis" of the 67 county Clerks offices in Florida. Excellent people committed to integrity and openess. Family team spirit.
