        New patient appointments are booked out for months. That I can understand and empathize with, but what was unacceptable to me is that they lost all record of me being a patient. I waited almost three months for an appointment and had to be squeezed in because they lost my records and appointment. There wasn't even record of my intake, though they certainly took my copay for it. I am only giving one star because Ken was amazing during my initial intake appointment. If I didn't already have a counselor, I would have definitely made the attempt to continue to see him.
