Darrell Fain built wood porch/ deck for my home in 2017. Poorly constructed and rotted. Porch had to be torn down and removed. Four heavy wood pilings (6x6) supporting 5 small steps leading from door down to deck/porch was resting on deck boards with no extra support underneath. Heavy pilings caused boards to warp and sag resulting in water pooling. Heavy pilings should have been planted in ground not resting on deck boards especially with no support underneath. I don't know why (looking back) such heavy big pilings were needed for only 5 small steps. Live and learn lesson for me. I DO NOT recommend Darrell Fain Construction if you want good quality work.
