If I can give them 0 stars... I would. Apartment complex does not have permits to rent to us. There are about 10 families here, each apartment that I have stepped into have Black Mold, & water leakage from the roof ( even at the bottom floors ). Lease isn’t even from the state of Florida. There are children and dogs here getting sick constantly from the mold. Please stay away from this place. The pictures that they posted aren’t even the same as in person.

Bad for business. Collected my money and have yet to her back from them. I've been calling for over a week no response. Please if anyone is having these same issues report it to BBB. THEY ARE A SCAM

They take money from people but dont fix what not working, the ceiling is leaking the ac is out and has not being working for weeks with this heat in Florida 98 degrees in my apartment. Scam no one move here.

UPDATE: had no property managers for a month, AC is broken, no maintenance guys on sight. We are basically living in an abandoned building but it’s not abandoned. They refuse to give us refunds, after I got voice recording stating they will. Please do not come to rent here! Black Mold; no property managers; property owner is a SCUM!

this complex is a scam. They have refused to due maintenance on my unit. The apartments are infected with mold. When I send emails they completely ignore the problem and ignore my calls. THE PLACE IS Horrible AND THE LEASE SAYS MICHIGAN. DO NOT RENT HERE. There’s nail and glass all over the complex. And I haven’t been able to use my AC since I moved in.. THE APARTMENT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES
