Terrible service and older woman with curly hair is extremely disrespectful. I was completely shocked that when I asked for a little bit of more ginger, they kicked me out of the restaurant.

From poor service to disappointing food and a deplorable owner, this restaurant left a bitter taste in my mouth.Service (1/5): The waitstaff was inattentive and slow, causing significant delays. I was left unattended at the entrance, and throughout the meal, I had to make persistent efforts to get their attention for even basic requests.Burgers (1/5): The burgers were an utter letdown. The patties were dry, the buns soggy, and the toppings appeared wilted. The flavors were underwhelming, making it a forgettable dish.Poke Bowls (1/5): The poke bowls lacked freshness and the fish tasted suspiciously old. The rice was mushy and the sauces failed to enhance the dish. The overall quality was well below par.Owner (1/5): The owner's behavior was downright disgraceful. She was openly rude to both customers and staff. Her discriminatory remarks towards a group of customers based on their ethnicity were appalling, making for an uncomfortable atmosphere.To sum up, The Carrot is a place to avoid. With its combination of poor service, lackluster food, and a repugnant owner, this restaurant is a recipe for disaster.
