Scott did a great job with pressure washing our driveway and roof! We then hired him to paint the outside of our house. Our house is beautiful! He is very conscientious about his work.meticulous with our entry area and door. He is reliable and kept in touch with us during the whole process. Will will definitely hire him again!

I've used Scott on three properties and all of them came out great. Highly recommended, he was on time, super nice and did what he said he was going to do. My house looks brand new and he didn't use any of the high pressure machines.

I made an appointment with Code 3 (Scott). On the day of the appointment, he did not show up for the appointment or call to cancel. Scott informed me that he was sick. Based on my experience, I will be contacting another company that can get the job done. Also, please read the other negative reviews. They have similar issues concerning this business. (Example: not showing up or illnesses)

We live in Courtyard at The Grove in Weston. My husband spoke with Scott and made arrangements for roof cleaning to be done on Thursday November 19th. Scott never showed up and never called. My husband had to call Scott to find out why he didnt show up..... no reason given. We rescheduled for Sunday November 22nd. Again, a NO SHOW, NO CALL.... NOTHING!!! This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. We will be going with another company.
