West End Plumbing Inc.

Several months ago I signed a contract with this company, I am disappointed with the lack of service and non existant communication for my project. After repeated attempts to call West End to see about the permit that was not only submitted months after I signed and was told that the permit was not approved yet, I called the city and was told it was approved June 2nd, waiting for fees to be paid, when I addressed this with West End today and I offered to go to the city and pay the fees to help expedite this project I was not spoken to in an appreciative manner. I WISH ONLY TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AS THIS HAS not BEEN COMPLETED SINCE THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE ON January 13th. It took 6 weeks for them to have the contract signed.

Called numerous places West End Plumbing came right out they send Johnny, who assessed the leak at my front lawn, he went to work and he fixed it, Johnny was knowledgeable, professional, polite. I had an active water leak in the wall behind my washing machine. The appointment was scheduled promptly and the tech team showed up on time and Mike and James went right to work. They identified the source of the leak and made the necessary repairs efficiently and cleaned up the work area before they left.
