I had a very good experience dealing with PS jewelry. I was treated kindly , I had no issues as others had. I will go back in the future .

This place is a joke , I came to resize one of my watches . When I came up to the door the employees inside refused to open the door . No one ever came to the door . They where making hand signals witch I think is impolite especially if I’m willing to give you my business , they hand signaled me something and I just ended up leaving due to their poor service . I would hate to say I was being racially profiled but what’s the coincidence that I get in my car and along comes a person of different race and gets buzzed right in ... I usually only give out good reviews but this experience motivated me to share this for anyone looking to do business with these people . It’s not worth it , take it to a place where every customer is equal .

I understand owning a jewellery store and its protection is your pritority but treating your costumer right is one more thing you have to do.the owner was very rude.Questions need to be answered respectfully not with "I have 2 costumers to deal with.its closing time" .not going back!You lost one customer!

Terrible customer service by the owner. To begin with, she was hesitant to open the store’s door for my family. She was very rude and needs to learn how to sell & service customers. We are not in a developing country where you can treat people badly because you own a store. We have choices in this country to buy jewelry. If you think you have unique jewelry collection, think again. There are plenty of stores in town with better collection and excellent customer service. Don’t waste your hard earned $$ at this establishment.
