the shower NEVER got hot. the hallways were filthy and disgusting, dirty towels and garbage sprawled all over the place?? this hotel is good at pretending its upscale, its not at all lol

This was a nice stay vacation to shop and attend a hockey game. Hotel staff was friendly and professional for the moment we walked in. Vito in the lobby bar was awesome. Roof top bar is not open but you can still access the area.
