It could not have been a more pleasant conversation. Mercy was recommended by a longtime friend, whose advice I treasure. The first question was "Where do you live?" I said Texas, Mercy said "I don't represent in Texas" then proceeded to take an hour to teach me everything I really needed to know about the Medicare process. She left me with the offer to call back if I needed any guidance or direction. If I do - I will! It was a crash course of Medicare for Dummies. Now it makes sense!
