My insurance company contracted this company. They came out and set up drying equipment which ran for over a week. Then they packed it all up and left. Then… nothing.
I tore down the wall myself only to find it all dripping wet. I had to hire another outfit to finish the job. Regency got paid to do nothing. It was still soaking wet, and they never followed up, or anything. Service: Water damage cleanup

Horrible, Horrible, Company. Was on the Job for 2 years 3 mos. Never finished the work. Made multiple promises and did not keep them. So many things were left not finished. The house is still not complete. We would go literally 3 to 4 mos without a phone call sometimes. We had to hire an outside appraisal company to come in and give an accurate assessment of damage after regency said they were Finished. The kitchen was deemed to be redone, hired a different contractor to remodel the kitchen, got it completed, then got the check from the insurance company for the kitchen. Paid for the work with the new Contractor then regency had the audacity to demand the payment for the kitchen remodel which they did not even do. In my opinion this company should not be allowed to even be able to do business. Do not believe any of the positive reviews. Had water damage. Water clean up and mold remediation began in May for 3/4 of my home. Part of remediation was to remove subfloor. After my house sat for four months, with no floor, exposed to outside elements, mold grew in rest of my home. New insurance claims were made. Extra damages due to their improper care for my home. Managers are extremely rude and uncaring. After a year of waiting for a four month job to complete, we are still, to this day, dealing with tile and grout issues. This will be the fourth time they have been to my house to repair poorly installed tile and grout on the subfloor that they installed on top of floor joists they installed, repaired, or sistered. Hopefully they can get this resolved before the two year anniversary of the beginning of this project. I would not recommend this company, AT ALL!
October 19, 2020, UPDATE: Well, after the fourth visit to my house to repair tile and grout, they still haven’t made any repairs. These guys clearly do not know what they are doing!
August 2021, still haven’t made any repairs. They did send a forensic engineer to my home to get to the bottom of the issue. Now they will not release the inspection results to me until I sign a for releasing them of any more obligation. The inspector as well as their own project manager, Dale, told me that the screws to hold down the subfloor to the joists we’re missing the joist, the durarock was not glued down and should have been, and other major concerns that the report will have in it.
