image I do not recommend ordering online products with this company; a complete joke. Ordered items online in December. I didnt receive several products. I called and provided the order number
Now in March. The representative acknowledged that some items were never sent. Now instead of just refunding the account that I initially used to make the payment, I am being asked to send a copy of the bank statement showing the initial (total) amount charged. This is so unbelievable. What a waste of time. This is horrible customer service and will never purchase anything from this company again. Not only that, no one ever followed up with me to issue a refund. After three months, I had to call and now being asked to send a bank statement. The company has what was sent and the total amount paid. Why inconvenience me further? Will never purchase anything from this company again. I usually purchase from Chewy and their customer service is exceptional. How does this company expect to keep customers like this? Never again
And if you ever need to return online item to in store it is a disaster. We use a different system in store than the online system
In response to your reply, That is the number I called. I dont see how this company is still in business. Your response is as good as your process to help customers.

image By far the absolute WORST experience when applying for a grooming position. My wife applied for a grooming position in December 2023. This salon has NO groomers and has been vacant for over a year due to no applicants Their recruitment company workday contacted her about the position wanting to do an interview since she was a groomer for Petsmart and is an exclusive groomer for a vet office. This person (who would not identify themselves after being asked frequently) kept making appointments with her and then would NOT SHOW UP TO THEM.
This is the most insulting experience we have ever been through applying for a vacant position and I even used to work for Pet Supermarket Not only was this recruiter stringing her along, but my wife would cancel and/or reschedule grooming appointments to accommodate this person for the interview and then not call. It is incredibly rude and unprofessional to do this to someone over the course of 2 months and then to send a rejection letter with no explanation. If anything, we should sue for financial losses during this process.
We are convinced that this recruiter rejected the application so that they would not get in trouble for their actions, leaving us wondering how a position that has been vacant for over a year that little to no one has applied for be rejected.
Pet Supermarket Corporate no longer cares for their consumers and employees since this store we are applying through was just as shocked as we are but can do nothing because physical store locations are not allowed to hire groomers, only associates and must go through corporate.
This is another example of why people dont want to support corporations anymore. Shame on you Pet Supermarket. Do better and be better.

I bought a bag of dog food along with other items. The sign said buy a bag of food and get a free can of food.
I got home looked at my receipt and I got charged for 2 cans. I called right away and spoke to the girl that rung me up, she said bring the receipt in. Well....I can't get there over the weekend so I went in the following business day. LARRY THE STORE MANAGER would not give me my money back because I didn't have the product. How can I bring back something I never received. He said I have no proof and it's days later. Hello!!! You have inconvenienced me 3 times and now you're gonna say because I couldn't get there over the weekend. You're not gonna give me my money back.I can't help it that your employee did not relay my message to him. But I never received the can of food so do the right thing and give me my money back. No wonder there is no one in the store ( Ever). Don't shop there, because if you have any issues they don't stand behind their business.
This LARRY guy claiming to be the boss ......They need a new boss.

image DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been purchasing my cats food on autoship for many years. In the last couple of years the company has frequently been out of stock on the items I regularly purchased. So to ensure I didnt run out, I would typically purchase 2 months worth of canned food at a time. In the last year, a number of cases of canned food have come to me with dented cansprimarily the cans located on the outer sides of the case. In one instance, the cans were dented so badly that two of them had burst open. I do not typically look closely at each case when they arrive (as they are bound in plastic) and simply put them into my closet to be opened when needed. As a result, I did not find some of these dented cans until past Pet Supermarkets (PS) 30-day return limit (my mistake, after this happened twice I should have been more diligent). PS refunded me for the damaged cans on two of my previous orders, however on this last order which was beyond the 30 day limit, they refused a refund on 5 damaged cans. Of more concern to me than the refund is the fact that I was having to call PS on nearly every order about this issue. Clearly, their package handling processes need to be reviewed if they are damaging cases of food being packaged for shipping. Their refusal to credit my account with just over $10 for 5 cans has lost them a loyal customer. I have cancelled my autoship with them and will find an alternative food for my pets.
