We had a major blockage in two of our bathrooms and Jonathan came by and went above and beyond to fix our problems, he actually dug a hole in the front yard and found our clean out pipe so he wouldn’t have to climb on the roof and did this so that no future plumber would have to go up there. We have a Spanish tile roof so his actions were highly appreciated. We will now always use this company for our plumbing needs based on his exemplary work ethic and professional demeanor. I really appreciated that James and Terry from Howie's Sun City Center Plumbing showed up on time today. James adjusted the two flappers in the tank of my toilet that Keith Vos replaced a month or so ago. The toilet never flushed properly until today. James did an excellent job. It looks like he can fix anything. I will recommend Howie's plumbing to everyone in my neighborhood and to whoever needs a plumber. Thank you so much.

What a great experience I had with Lance!! Had a leak with my toilet, and Lance went out his way to help me with my toilet. Very professional and polite!! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. They have a life time customer!! Thank you so much!!

Jan. 2021 Contacted Sun City Center Plumbing ( Howie's ) to install a gas line to a gas pool heater. Lance representative was on location to evaluate what was needed for this job. The gas heater was in place at the time. A proposal was presented ( $1597.00 ) assuming they were knowledgeable or had researched what was needed. After installation, the heater did not work. The installer was still on site and said the company would try to determine what the problem was. Failing a quick response, we contacted TECO to upgrade their system. TECO refused to work on the system until a number of items were changed. A list was provided to the company. Requested a written itemized list of corrective actions to be taken by them and to discuss. This was not done. No proposal by the company was presented, authorized or signed for further work. The expectation was the initial work would result in a working heater. The work did not meet the needs of the heater to work. After the additional work was done, as suggested by TECO, we now have a working heater. We paid $1597.00, even though the heater did not work at the time of gas line install; paid for something useless. Then comes another bill for $904.00 for work that should have been done in the first place !!! Time frame: Jan 14 when original gas line was run; NUMEROUS phone calls to them, and finally reinstalled March 23, 2021. The initial material we paid for was removed. Seeing no further cost was discussed, we thought Sun City Plumbing ( Howie's ) would correct their failure to perform. NOTE: Sent three certified letters to the company; Received a phone call from this company, and 0 balanced my account. Still giving them an OK rating as they should have done more research if supposedly an expert in this area.

This company is absolutely incredible! They go above and beyond to help in any way they are able! I found a kitten trapped in the sewer drain crying for help, we called so many people including the fire dept., and no one would come out except Howies. John and his co worker (I'm so sorry I never got his name) did everything they could to help me and we got the kitten out! They saved his life and we named the kitten Howie. Thank god for you both and we are forever grateful there are amazing people out in this world wanting to help so selflessly. Highly reccomend always!
