My 93 year old Mother got new hearing aides from them when she moved here a year ago. Chris and Don are well known and respected in the community. They keep their prices low by keeping overhead low. One way to reduce overhead is not carry inventory. It's unfortunate Dianne Coles would slander a business instead of taking the time to understand the product return procedure.

THIEVES - DO NOT GO HERE, They were very nice until my mom wanted a refund for hearing aids she didn't get. On March 18,2019 they charged $3750 for hearing aids THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE. Said they would order them. She cancelled the order and Chris said it would take a while to do the refund to my credit card. Finally I had to dispute the charge on my card. Still no refund two months later, still in dispute.

I wouldnt go anywhere else. No pressure sales, always happy and helpful. Very professional and Very seasonal .

This place hands down is the best. They saved my grandma close to $4000 on her hearing aids, she can hear great and the service was amazing.
