I think they need more people to answer the phones up there I have been on hold for over a hour second time I have attempted to call them I have a big light in my yard that comes on at dark, it has been on now day and night for the past 2 weeks

Great service for all the years they've been our electric company. I highly recommend SECO to everyone. God bless SECO, your workers and staff.

Your employee Jordan with employee id 1324, (not sure if that is even the real id) needs serious customer service training. I wish we could choose our power company as I love Duke energy. Super annoyed I have to deal with this company for new service as you need some customer service training Jordan.

Website is stupid have an outage started 11 am Website said should be restored by 12 30 pm when looking at outage map now reads restoration will take up to 72 hours with no explanation but seen 3 of their trucks drive by but when drive around to see where they may be working on the issue as they show crew right up the street nobody there nobody even in floral city at all not even in Inverness I cannot go 72 hours without power as my father is on a breathing machine and only has 2 days of oxygen bottles and their answer is send my dad to the hospital until they can restore power
