Travelcamp of Ocala

My wife and I had a great experience with the team at Travelcamp. We were looking for a coach we could live in for the next couple years with our kids and Jeremiah helped us find exactly what we needed and more. The trailer was a great price and they were super thorough about getting it prepped and ready for us. The walk through also helped us understand more about the unit since this will be our first time. They really did treat us great and we're grateful for the experience they gave us. Highly recommend if you are looking to get any sort of RV!!!

Thank you Travelcamp of Brooksville for turning a seemingly tedious process into a smooth efficient experience. For whatever reason salesman sometimes have a bum rap when it comes to stereotyping and expectation. I for one was dreading the process associated with purchasing a travel trailer...until we met Shawn at Brooksville Travel camp. Shawn was initially contacted to see if a certain trailer was in stock and available to tour. From our 1st meeting to our final trip back home in our new trailer, Shawn broke that negative stereotyping by providing excellent customer service, professionalism, topped with a little humor. We had a little chuckle when we found that Shawn's real name is James and why that is. Shawn was easy to talk to, gave a thoorough initial walk-thru while answering questions and offering suggestions as to how we might better fit things to our needs. During negotiations, he respected our requests for additions/changes and immediately addressed concerns by contacting different depts. to see if it were possible to make the changes. We also never felt pressured in our dealings and the entire process was rather smooth. He also assured that we could contact him anytime with any questions. In short (which this is not) and in my husbands words, "This is one of the few times I've dealt with a salesman where I didn't want to stand up and walk out." We also want to give a shout out to Steve who gave a final walk-through before us driving away. Steve really spent the time to go over in extreme detail how things worked on our travel trailer. He answered every question patiently and with a smile...believe us, there were many. He safely sent us on our way as two truly "Happy Campers."

It's nice to know that there are people you can count on at a dealership, and at Travelcamp of Ocala it's Calvin Washington. We purchased a new Class C last year and Calvin walked us through the process - never in a hurry and always with answers to our questions. Fast forward to just this week. We needed copies of some of the documents from the sale and we needed them quickly. We were not in the area and my fear was that they would be busy and wouldn't get them to me in a timely manner. Calvin took the time and I got the docs the same day. Thanks Calvin! I would like to mention that Patrick White has also stepped up on more than one occasion for us. It means something in today's hectic world to have people there when you need them.

We stopped in to Travelcamp Ocala to look at travel trailers and we ended up buying one we had a very pleasant experience from start to finish.There was no pressure applied and everything was explained to us down to the smallest item in the unit.Our saleslady Brandi was great and Teresa in the finance department was awesome and when we picked our unit up Jason went through the unit from the tires to the roof.I have bought a lot of cars and a few trailers in my life and this was by far the best experience and no hassle purchase I ever had.I would reccommend travelcamp Ocala to anyone looking to purchase a trailer or RV..

I have waited a few weeks to write this review because there is normally a certain point where the customer service drops off and you are pushed out the door....That did not happen here! My wife and I recently bought a camper. Went in knowing what model we were looking for and they were able to get us the camper we wanted for the price we wanted...very fair. We worked with Bev who is the equivalent to a cool aunt. She was straight forward and earned our business with honesty. Terry was our financing liaison and she was amazing. Jeremy did our walk through and made sure we knew all the ins and outs of our new camper. There is nothing I would have done different. It is an amazing crew here just walk in and ask for Bev you will see. They will earn your business.
