I had the pleasure of working with Sharon the last few months she's been extremely helpful working with me though a probate case and selling a house that seemed to have roadblocks at every step. I've asked myself from the start, is Sharon a realtor or superwoman?!? I honestly don't even know where to begin singing Sharon's praises!
Let's start at the beginning. The first time we met her she committed her entire afternoon to showing us homes in the Ocala area. We fell in love with the first one, and she helped us knock off a decent amount- and got it under contract!
She also helped us sell our home in Tarpon Springs two hours away. She did everything under the sun to properly pace us, advise us, and was always a phone call away to ease our minds. She helped solve every big and small problem we ran into.
With ease, she orchestrated the selling of our home, and the purchase of our other property to be closed on the same day!
There is absolutely NOTHING this woman didn't do to make this whole process as smooth as it could be. She ran around making sure our new home was clean and move-in ready, our dogs were walked during closing, she was there for us at blue taping, there to check on our home when we were two hours away and had questions. She did all of this and more with a can-do attitude and a smile on her face.
Sharon truly has terrific rapport with everyone, and has the best connections! Everyone we worked with between the loan officers and the title company she recommended were AMAZING! Both turned our paperwork and requests with a snap.
She was always available, knowledgeable, professional, and gentle when it came to "hard" conversations. More than anything, her level of commitment was unmatched.
Realtors are a dime a dozen, but Sharon truly is the best in business! As long as she's a realtor, I'll never need anyone else. If you're looking for an agent you can depend on, I guarantee you Sharon will do what it takes to get you to the finish line!
