    So noisy ...impossible to carry on a conversation. Copper Ridge is the worst house wine you could offer. Prices are way higher than other restaurants. No need to go back even tho the new location is great

    I have eaten at mulligans many times however my last visit on Monday, April 10, 2017 was the worse experience i have ever had. The food was horrible and the waitress server was extremely bad. I had taken another family with me and i was ashamed to what we experienced. We had to ask another server to bring ketchup, mustard to the table because she was not around. Than we had to ask another server to refill our drinks because our server was not around or taking care of us. I had what they called their monster fish dinner and it was horrible. The french fries were soggy and not crisp, the Cole slaw was also soggy, the piece of fish i received was half the size of a normal piece and the place did not have any ice cream. Mulligans in my mind has gone down hill from what i have experienced in the past and it will be a long time before i return with this kind of food and service.

    Horrible...As a visitor from Richmond Virginia, to spend Christ-mas with my in-laws, children, grandchildren and family. Visiting this Mulligans was one of the single worst dining experiences I regret having ever being exposed to. After an evening of exercising patience and tolerance for an otherwise overtaxed staff and management. We were accused of skipping out on portions of our over $230.00 bill by the manager (Chris,) because he forgot to make the adjustments to the bill he'd agreed to make, while our waitress (Alea) stole a portion of the bill we paid in cash, in addition to immediately cashing out her more than generous tips from the 8 adults, and our two children. Resulting in one of our SUV vehicles being flagged down in the middle of the street by Melissa and The manager Chris who accused my 79 y/o father in-law of trying to leave without paying a $68.00 difference of the bill and threatening to call the police on us while pointing his finger in my son in-laws face while our two children and their great grandmother observed it all, in traumatized disbelief. When we finally showed Chris receipt proof and that the error was his and the waitress (Melissa) who it appears kept the cash portion of the bill for herself and he (Chris) who neglected to remove the price of a seafood platter off our bill. He still refused to apologize and return our more than generous tips and portions of the bill as a restitution for his unprofessional conduct and acts beyond the bounds go propriety. When at our request (Chris) got the general manager (Patrick) on the phone. He was equally unreasonable, disrespectful and provocative, refusing to show courtesy, by stating we should leave his establishment and never return. These were acts unbecoming the most essential and basic tenets of service delivery on any level, made that much more disgraceful, and offensive to perpetuate upon a group of 10 family members between the ages of 2 thru 79, out for a peaceful and contemplative family dinner on Christ-mas day. Although we were not the only ones who were the target of their chaos with service and billing issues, we were the only African American family who represented 4 generations. And the only ones confronted with this deplorable, unethical, undignified and disrespectful attack that could easily me interpreted as having racial and prejudicial tones worthy of a complaint and report to the BBB and Human Rights Commission and any other governing and licensing body.

    Horrible!! We visited the Jensen Beach, Florida Mulligans on Sunday, December 25, 2016 and we treated like animals. Firstly, we waited from 6:17 PM until 8:00 PM. Our food requests were totally incorrect and the one gluten free meal that was ordered came with bread on the salad!! I asked for unsalted fries and unsalted broccoli. When the meal arrived the fries were salted and the waitress claimed there was no brocolli available. We call for the manager to tell him that my sea food dinner was poorly prepared and he agreed to take it off the bill and we were told that we would get 10% off the bill. My husband gave the waitress $60 in cash for 2 checks and she counted the change of $17 and gave it to my husband without a receipt. Bottomline, after all the bills we paid and we tipped the waitress, the staff ran out into the street "SCREAMING", your bill was not paid. This was defamation of character. The manager proceeded to put his finger in my son-in-laws face and threatened to call the police. We concurred that this would be in order. He didn't call the police and the waitress that waited on us left the building. I plan to contact our attorney asap if this isn't resolved properly. The 10% was not deducted from our bill nor was the bill correct! It looked as if someone was trying to defraud us. We do have witnesses, photos and a recording of this unjust treatment. The waitress said, "you got your food and that is all that matters." Concerned,
