Stuart FL store some suggestions for a more favorable shopping experience I really like the variety of products you offer in the store and the variety of specials offered each day. However, a more personalized focus on customer service may take your store to the next level: such as pounding boneless chicken breasts thinner (special butcher request), staff available at the deli counter, staff available at the meat counter especially during peak times, signage telling shoppers to form a line for service and having a good supply of daily specials. And, I must comment on the positive experience I have had with some of your staff members: very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Kathy T

Nathaniel in Stuart is great. The staff behind the meat counter are terrific; however, I need to know (actual experience) why if there are 7 people waiting at meat counter, why only one person is out front.There are people in the back , however, it would make more sense to me to have customers get in and out. Previously, waited 12 minutes then left while one staff member was giving cooking instructions to a customer as she continued to ask questions. Why not put a buzzer out front , to let those in the back that assistance is needed? The staff in prepared foods is good, but why no number system? If you ask anyone in prepared foods to slice deli cheese whoa! They do not try to hide their annoyance. Lastly, Monica is terrific. I remember her name because she is consistently helpful and pleasant. Martha Bernstein
