Store on Commercial Blvd. Lauderhill Florida is poorly run. Music is so loud to have shout to be heard. I asked for a receipt and the employee motioned to the bag with the donuts in it. I tried to say there was no receipt just napkins. The incompetent employee couldn't produce one.

I have made 5 attempts to emails to corporate Customer Service this email! 5th attempt 4th attempt 3rd attempt to reach a person for refund Second attempt to obtain refund. Hello I ordered a mobile order for Dunkin at 2931 Northlake Blvd at 5:55 2 weeks ago, and the store was closed when I arrived to pick it up. It even had a sign in the drive thru saying only accepting mobile orders. Store was locked up and a person cleaning inside said closed?!?! This seems to be an ongoing problem with a lot of your stores. Total was $10.01 and I would expect a credit back for this back in my app or whatever way but a credit back is necessary. As this same thing had happened to me at another location before it is real sad service Contact me back to confirm when and how I could expect that refund Picture below of order from another closed Dunkin location and money to be refunded to my account
