My husband and I, are new patients. We have struggled to find a health care facility that cares and listens to us. I waited 7 weeks for a referral from my last doctor. I was so happy when I got a call the next day for a referral to see a specialist! I wish that I had found Palms medical sooner. The people here are nice and caring.

Staff are very friendly. Had my first appointment and everyone was very kind and the doctor was phenomenal. She took the time to listen and actually help. This place is awesome.

I left without getting lab work done. I came early enough that to wait for most thirty minutes for a lab draw was excessive, as I had another appointment to attend. Extremely disappointed.
