To anyone who is willing to live here please make sure you know your tenant rights, because if you dont this lady will try to play you like a fool. She will have you fix and repair your own maintenance problems, she will make you replace whatever is broken/not functioning properly. The apartment site does not have a maintenance man (which by the way is required by law to have.) She is the type to threaten to evict you if you have the slightest disagreement or if she simply doesnt like you (and yes she has her favorites) This woman is rude and quick to get an attitude for simply having to do her job which is extremely unprofessional to begin with. There is also water moccasins that live in the creek that splits up the property and yes the snakes roam around where the kids play at and where people walk (the old maintenance man quite because he was bitten by one of them) She has done nothing about that situation. In my honest opinion and from my experience this woman needs to be fired or replaced with a employee from the company of the apartment with better management skills, because she is gonna cross paths with the wrong tenant, and there will be a lawsuit the company doesnt need because of some simpleton cant do her job. (Oh I forgot the best part) She will stalk you to your job to say whatever she needs to say or get you to do something shes late on doing. (Which is very illegal also)

I have not stayed there but just inquired customer service was very short patient and seem like she did everything she could so I wouldnt apply before she pretending we lost connection and she hung up had to come back and edit I didnt read the reviews until after I post my review and everyone saying the same thing @ corporate

The professionalism is not there the first time i had issues coming to turn in an application i finally got my application turned in i been on the waiting list for a year
