Stephen's Appliance Repair

I contacted Stephen to have a range hood and cook top removed several weeks prior to my kitchen renovation. He gave me a good price and told me Danny would take care of everything. I contacted him again two weeks prior to make a definite appointment and he told me Danny would be in touch, would probably come out ahead of time just to check things out. Danny never called and when I called Stephen again a week later neither he nor Danny bothered to return my call. I had to scramble to find someone else to do the job. Not the professional response I would have expected from either of them

After many disappointing to so called appliance service business I got a hold of Stephen’s Appliance service. Showed up on time, diagnosed three separate issues in three appliances. Tech made some phone calls. Wrote an estimate on the whole process. Received a call two days later that parts were here(??!! What? Not even a COVID excuse!!) tech came the following day installed everything, made sure it worked, THEN CLEANED UP and was gone This what service is all about and surely lacking in most companies now. the extractor doesn't work, we will never use your company again, you take advantage of the elderly. I will go to the business bureau and register a complaint.

Absolutely perfect! Called on very short notice after closing hours. Got a call back from Stephen within an hour. Non-working fridge is a bit of an emergency. He was able to have Jimmy come by the next morning. Repair completed right then. Fridge is now running fine. Could not have imagined better, more responsive service. Thanks Jimmy and Steve!!!!
