I saw Dr. Swain 4 years ago he didn't do much then but when i called today to see about getting in as a returning patient I was promptly told by Loraine that he would not see me as a patient and offered up no explanation as to why. If this is how they do patients then I wouldn't recommend him. He constantly kept asking if I needed a refill on NARCAN when I had seen him 4 years ago and only spent 5 minuets with his patients, he offered up no other recommendations on treatment so I guess I should be thankful I got turned away but that doesn't help me since I need to be taken care of.

I love Keti Medical! The staff are friendly and courteous. I am also getting the care I need to stay out of pain. They don't treat their patients like it's just a meat market for the Doctor to make money off of our pain. You are treated properly like a patient should be. I have absolutely no complaints. Normal wait times as well. I no longer have to waste 5 to 8 hours just to see a pain Doctor. I highly recommend Keti Medical.
