I am Very disappointed that after hiring Hugo to complete pavers and landscaping and after 15k, he over promised and under delivered.. left me with broken sprinklers that he promised to fix, promised some plants that never installed, never finished my steps in front of my house which is preventing me from getting approved by my association, installed an palm that has a bug, cut a palm a put grass on top of it and now it looks like an ugly mountain in front of my house, and ghosted me after I pod in full promising to come back to fix the steps. He is not responding to text, calls or emails. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called this business to get a quote on pavers and landscaping. Scheduled an appointment for 3pm. No one showed up or called me. I called at 3:30 no answer left a message. Called again at 4:30, someone picked up let me know that they are not sure why no one showed up but that Hugo was at a job site.offered to reschedule. Expressed that I thought this was a really bad way to start and he didnt really seem to care just wanted to know if he could reschedule an appointment. I said no thanks have a good day. Would not recommend a company that cant make it to the first appointment, gave no heads up that they wouldnt show up, and didnt seem to be remorseful or empathetic that I waited for 2 hours for someone to show up. Bad bad business.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!  The worst company I ever used they ripped my driveway apart I paid them & they never came back to finish the job please save yourself from losing time & money !!  Very unprofessional

Hugo and his Luscious Landscape team did a marvelous job installing decorative pavers on a path in my yard & a gorgeous water feature! I just love sitting out there and admiring his work!! Service: Hardscaping
