Amazing, amazing, amazing! I cannot thank Veronica, enough for all they did for my husband and I on our wedding day. FL weather is tricky, and luck would have it that our wedding day was rainy and incredibly windy. Veronica went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that our day went off as well as it possibly could despite the weather conditions. They truly kept me calm and no request was too much to accommodate. They are the epitome of professionals and I could not have imagined our day going as smoothly and as a beautifully as it did without them. I cannot rave enough about them.

This review is being written several weeks after our wedding, as I needed time for my frustration to fade and my emotion to simmer in order to write as objective a review as possible. Veronica was very helpful in selecting and establishing contact with the great vendors that made our wedding the wonderful, elegant event we were hoping for. She was friendly and pleasant during all of our interactions. However, we were incredibly disappointed in nearly every other aspect of her services. At our first meeting, Veronica seemed completely organized and capable of planning our wedding. She made helpful suggestions, detailed how we would be working together, and established a "game plan". She was quick to respond to emails and texts at the start of the planning process but later proved to be unreliable in her communication, often not responding to repeated emails, or responding to emails without addressing specific questions. Her itineraries and planning documents were littered with errors, even after direct communications addressing these errors. She was an hour late to our venue walk-through, and she seemed unprepared and flustered. Despite having given her a list of our vendors months before the wedding, she informed us of issues with our vendors only a few days before the wedding, causing us to scramble to fix them. One specific example of the problems we encountered occurred with our rehearsal. It was Veronica's suggestion to hold our rehearsal at the restaurant at which we were having our rehearsal dinner, since our venue was not able to accommodate us for an on-site rehearsal. Over the course of the next several weeks, we established a head count, time of arrival, and itinerary. However, come the day of the rehearsal, she never arrived, leaving me and my entire wedding party waiting outside of the restaurant. She had instead gone to the venue incorrectly, and because of the timing, we were unable to rehearse at all. On the wedding day, we felt the effects of not rehearsing, and there were several hiccups that could have been avoided altogether with a more competent wedding planner. I felt like I had to double and triple check her work for everything, communicate with all the vendors myself, keep diligent notes and spreadsheets, track spending, verify details, and fix errors throughout the whole process. While I am endlessly grateful for her excellent vendor suggestions, I felt like I was planning a wedding while babysitting a wedding planner. Fortunately our wedding was ultimately a lovely event, but I still feel a lingering sense of frustration and disappointment when I think about my short professional relationship with Veronica. I would not recommend her wedding planning services to any couple who is not willing to put in some serious time and effort into the planning process themselves. To add insult to injury, she kept the cash tip that was to be given to our photographer. She has ignored every and all attempts to contact her by phone, text, and email in an attempt to recover this money- all text messages sent to her have been read as evidenced by the read receipts, but they remain unanswered to this day. Update 5/11/18: Veronica's response to my review, calling it a scam, is nothing more than an obvious attempt at saving face. As she herself suggested, I encourage the reader to look at Veronica's posted pictures, where she has included a screenshot of an email she sent to herself from an account she created pretending to be me. She went through the effort of creating a fake email account and emailing themselves from it, but did not even bother to check the spelling of my name or proof read the text. It is on par with the level of service you can expect to receive from her. Thank you Veronica for strengthening my honest review.

Every staff member I had the chance to work with was very welcoming and open to help me with my questions and special requests. The wedding decoration was a dream come true..
