I contracted this company two years ago to replace four patio door glasses. They have not completed the job yet, only successfully completing three of the four doors. They have been out five to six times to get the fourth glass replaced and each time there is debris between the two glasses. I have heard every excuse from Covid, to it looked good in the shop, to the glass fell off the truck, to it is the manufacturers fault, and now that they cant get the glass transported here. I am done with excuses. Two years is way too long to do such a simple job successfully. I have gotten no satisfaction from Tommys Glass on any level and have absolutely nothing good to say about this company and the service I paid them to do. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Actually, I had broke down and ended up in their parking lot. The staff at Tommy's Glass went out of their way to assist me in whatever way possible to get me back up and running again. The management as well. A very kind and considerate bunch at Tommy's Glass in Southport. I thank you for your assistance.
