If you want to wait at the PO to get date stamped and overpay then this is the place for you. I had all my information to Dena early February 2018 and still was pushed out to the last day! I had overpayments over $6,300! Learned this after a review of 2017 taxes. Financial advisors seemed to do a long meet and greet call with tons of homework! And a large fee!! I would not recommend this tax agency for obvious reasons! I’m sure she would agree to pay the cost of $203 for the review!

We moved our tax accounting needs to Dena in 2017 after our previous advisor gave us poor advise regarding the handling of the sale of a home, which cost us dearly. We have been very pleased with Dena's responsiveness and work. She responds to question in a timely manner, Her advice has saved us thousands, if not tens of thousands in taxes over the past three years of filing with her. in 2017, she discovered her prep software had a glitch in it. She communicated quickly and often until it was resolved, and met with us to go over what happened and how it was resolved. We appreciate that Dena is proactive, responsive, responsible and friendly.
