Recently Gianfranco facilitated a long term rental agreement between myself and a property owner on Miami Beach. It is definitely one of the smoother house renting experiences I have had and I am a long term renter. Things that come to mind: 1. Conscientious and detail oriented 2. Fair - we were able to reach an agreement in the best interest of both property owner and renter 3. Responsive - even during the pandemic with lots of complications it is obvious Gianfranco worked hard to make everything go quickly and to plan I could not be happier with the property or the result of this transaction. I want to take the opportunity to thank Gianfranco for all his services and attentions towards my family and real estate needs! We met him when we were looking for an apartment to rent near Coral Gables more than a year ago, and had such a great experience with him that with did not hesitate to look for him when buying a house this year! He always focused on what we needed (location, open space, distribution, environment, surroundings, etc.) and provided the right advice based on his experience and our family. He helped us throughout all the steps of both lease and purchase processes and was there to support us even in the signing and follow up actions. My kids love him for everything that he did for us and how he treated us during the process. Gianfranco helped me to buy my first property in USA. He was really committed during the negotiation in order to get the right price, deeply investigating about the home history and the benchmark. He also helped me to understand the buying process and keep me updated about the conversations with the owner's realtor.
