        Food was ok. But the service was appallingly bad. What's most surprising is that the owner was the waiter. No graded cheese or pepper offerered with the meal. No sugar caddy brought with the drinks. No refills were offered. When I complained and expressed that this did not meet a minimum standard of service the owner said he disagreed comped the meal and asked me never to return. Which frankly the horrible service had already all but guaranteed.
