Update: Lo n behold.. spring 24 picture again...FAIL.. one chance HER EYES ARENT EVEN OPEN!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS 3/20/24 Horrible company, they don't care about the pictures that they present to the parents. This is the second year that Ava's pictures have not been presentable. It is very obvious that she was uncomfortable on that stool, she's barely sitting on it almost leaning off, literally angled instead of AT LEAST setting up straight, but they took the picture anyway. You only get one option, the one they give you, take it or leave it and they don't even offer a retake day. What if your kid was sick? No compassion when I called about her pictures, just a very bland woman saying that they don't offer a retake day. So I had to bring up the other option of coming into the studio myself, since we had to do that during covid, and then she said we could pay for the studio session using by purchasing the photo package. Of course that sounds great but it COMPLETELY defeats the purpose of SCHOOL picture day. Now I also need to make an appointment out of my work schedule to do something that should have been done properly at school. I'm going to make sure that I speak with the PTA, the school board and the school county if I have to about getting this company removed as an option for picture day. All they care about is the money and that's really really sad.

Rebecca was amazing! She took my graduation photos and did an incredible job. She's skilled, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

My kids got their school pictures back and not one of them is decent. If were paying over price for one portrait, at least check to make sure its good. Im so disappointed I will never display those pictures of my kids, so this was a big waste of my money. I prepaid trusting of would be good, huge mistake that I wont be making again. Ive had school pictures done every year and this is the first year that any of them had a bad picture and the first year Ive heard of this company because were new to the district. I could have taken better pictures myself, and will probably do so from now on.
