    After about 35 years buying all my John Deere equipment from another dealer I moved too far away so I was looking for a new place. I visited this place about a month ago and they let me know it was going to become part of the Ag-Pro family. I decided to take a chance on them. I called this week to see if they could squeeze in my John Deere Z915 and was pleasantly surprised to hear them say bring it on in. I spoke with Jeff, very laid-back but extremely knowledgeable. He also said I needed hydraulic service, and I didn't know there was anything hydraulic on a Z! He explained everything to me and it made sense. I was flabbergasted how quickly they got it done, how good their communication was and how professional. Yet they still have a family feel to everything. The place is clean, their inventory is incredible, and their indoor showroom has everything from big John Deere farm tractors to any part you would need. They also carry Stihl which is another favorite brand I need. I was extremely impressed. Everybody was friendly and helpful no matter who I spoke with. This is my new John Deere dealer for sure!     Been a customer of what had been South Daytona Tractor and Mower since it opened nearly 30 years ago and the sales and service were always good. Now that Ag Pro has taken over, if anything it has gotten even better! Jeff the service manager and Lee the chief mechanic always give you the straight word and really know what they're doing. Ag Pro will continue to be my go-to place for sales and service to support our ranch operation.

    Positives: 1. Inventory - this place has one of everything 2. Cleanliness- great show room nice bright and shows well 3. Location - Close to the shop 4. Price - They were running a sale on the item I purchased Negatives: 1. Customer service. SUCKS. They got to fix their customer service!!!!!! I feel like I walked into a strangers house. They have desks at the front of the store like you are walking into a classroom for the first day. I go to the parts desk and they tell me to goto the front of the store and see them. I ask about prices, "not sure hmm" is the answer I get. Another employee is arguing with another employee at the front desks. I would have bought another edger $399 and a back pack sprayer ($ gee i don't know) if the customer service didn't suck. I was apprehensive about going back. Guess I got my answer.
