With them is a hit or miss situation. This past week I used their online system to order for delivery. The first time it worked great and pizza was good. The second time it was a disaster! Although I got an email confirmation for delivery the pizza never arrived and when I called they said it was pick-up... no it wasn't. After a couple of calls and not so great approach from the person on the phone and almost an extra hour of wait, my pizza was delivered and the cheese pizza was burned and dry. Terrible! The only thing I appreciate is the delivery person who did the best he could and apologized for everything.I've had other hit or miss situations with them but I always give them a chance, but I think no more chances for them. Loosing my business might not be important for them but if they keep repeating these mistakes with more people, it will be a burden at some point.
