Ángela is an exceptional real estate agent and very knowledgeable of the Sarasota área. Angie was extremely responsive and sensitive to our needs. This was crucial since we were house hunting long distance from San Antonio. Angie Immediately responded to text messages and email as frequently as necessary enabling us to put an offer on two properties. She enthusiastically conducted video tours and was extremely detailed. Angela Lisa was more than just a realtor on our Sarasota real estate transaction--she was with us every step of the way matching a property to our family's circumstances. Angela's understanding of the current state of the Sarasota market is unmatched, and even though we entered having had some Florida offers not materialize into a closing, Angela's thoroughness was over and above any other Florida agent we had worked with. Her explanation of all our options gave us confidence to "take the leap" into a market we had never owned property in, and even after closing, Angela stayed "on the case" until we took possession of our new property. We have not had a single moment of buyer's remorse since closing on the property Angela directed us to.

As buyers from New York State we were referred to Angela Lista due to her origins in the Northeast. It was a stroke of good luck for us. From the very first contact Angela was 100% with us throughout our search and eventual purchase. We received daily listings by email and were in phone contact almost daily. What was most helpful was Angela’s opinion. If she did not like an area or home she made that very clear, and she gave reasons for her opinion. She scoped out homes we were unable to visit ourselves. She was very honest and forthright about her impressions of the homes we were possibly interested in. When we came to Sarasota for home viewing in person she was on top of things every moment. In 4 days we were able to find and eventually purchase our Florida home. Angela is not only a great asset when looking for a home but she took care of everything until the closing. She never skipped a beat. And she is just a great person. We had a great time with her. We feel very lucky to have worked with her. I recommend her highly. She will not disappoint.
