We want to share our extremely positive experiences with Rob Krasow. Being northerners, we began viewing properties with Rob during March 2021 and upon another visit to the Sarasota area during this past October 2021, we eventually closed on a property. Rob guided us through each and every step in the real estate process and as a result, we felt unrushed and felt as if we were his only clients. You cannot ask for a better realtor than Rob. He is knowledgeable as well as helpful, fair, and an ultimate professional. I live in New York and Rob helped me both buy and then sell a property in Florida. All done remotely. Rob went out of his way to get contractors to fix things, and even went so far as to sweep the patio himself so that the unit would show well. Rob is not just my Florida realtor now, he is my friend.
