Great place two weeks every year with my family great location nice rooms great poolside . They have plenty of chairs room have a small shuffle board area also have 3 cook out spots well cleaned very neat . Ocean the gulf is across the street .

This condo unit 204 was a major disappointment. The pullout couch needs to be replaced for someone to sleep on. The couch sinks in the cushions need to be replaced. Holes in screen on lanai. Rust in freezer ice cube trays cracked. Bathroom door does not close, mold by shower. Water stain on ceiling in bedroom. Realize I was there during cold wave in December but bedroom had no heat and had to sleep with coats on.I would never pay what the owner is asking for to stay in this unit unless some improvements are made,

Nice place across the street from the public beach at Siesta Key. Haven't found a hot tub yet, no sure if there is one.
