BETTER HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

Called Better Air this morning because my unit was freezing over. They sent Zack to check the system. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Another company had been out twice to check the system and told me the evaporator core was clogged and needed to be replaced, $$$. Zack's inspection reviled the core was not clogged at all. The system just needed some refrigerant. He serviced the system and it is running great. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that is honest. They earned my respect and will be my A/C company in the future. Service: HVAC maintenance

Bryan returned our phone call immediately and to my pleasant surprise offered to do the job the same day an hour or so after our conversation. Who does that? Our central air conditioner was freezing up and our condenser coil needed a thorough cleaning. Zack our technician was pleasant, professional, and respectful, and he answered all my questions with knowledge and expertise. The problem is all fixed and my wife and I are relaxing in cool, cozy comfort with a properly working air conditioner. I would definitely not hesitate to use BETTER HEATING AND AIR again. When we purchased this house a few years ago, the ac/heat system was the 1989 original. Due to being a rental for many years, it was not well maintained and actually not installed properly. Brian did a wonderful job of replacing and repairing the old work and all according to our budget. These guys are the ones we use now!

Brian came out today to resolve an AC freezing problem. Coils were blocked/dirty, refrigerant was leaking/low. Was able to get everything cleaned up , patched up and filled up without issue. Extremely friendly and easy to chat with. Was very happy to have Brian fix my issues.

The responsiveness of this company is amazing. Bryan, owner, and his crew are always professional, show up when stated, and provide the best prices and quality equipment and service. Thomas and Pete, technicians, installed a dehumidifier quickly and everything looks great! They left the area clean and dust free.
